24-hour Comic #1: Colt, Private Eye

October 14, 2008

So I had my first run-in with a 24-hour comic yesterday, Monday, October Thirteenth, in the Year of Our Lord Two-Thousand-Eight.  I have come to the conclusion that doing a 24-hour comic is much like eating fifteen bowls of Fruity Pebbles—oh so good, but such a wretchedly bad idea.  ‘Twas a lot of fun, but by the end of it, my brain was sludge.  Now, before reading it, you should probably know that I in fact did NOT use all my allotted 24 hours.  I worked on it for a solid 14 hours and 56 minutes, only taking breaks to eat and watch a movie, and, as I did not want to be completely dead for the last day of fall break, and then went to bed.  When I woke up, I had ten minutes left, so I brushed back through with some finishing touches.  That being said, thus begins the first adventure of Colt, Private Eye.  Enjoy.  If you dare.

by the way, it’s probably a bit small to read.  I was having trouble uploading it at a size that’s readable, so I did the best I could for now.
